Secret Summer
Everyone loves having a secret—like the little café that no one else knows about, or the unexpected compliment from that really attractive person! Well, this shawl has a secret of its own: Besides being a light and lovely accessory, the word “summer” is coded into the stitch pattern. (Thank you, Naomi Parkhurst!)
The Secret Summer shawl is a triangular shawl knitted from the top down. The lace pattern is charted and written instructions are also provided. The shawl’s size can easily be increased or decreased by altering the number of repeats.
