The Van Gogh Shawl
The Van Gogh Shawl was inspired by the beautiful colourways of Northbound Knitting Merino Silk DK yarn. Luxurious, soft and glowing with intense colour, I wanted a simple shawl that would highlight the yarn. Soft, squishy garter stripes combined with a simple drop stitch were the result. The drop stitch section is perfect for that skein of variegated yarn you are unsure how to use. Or treat yourself to any of the fantastic options from Northbound Knitting. Pair with a neutral colour for best results!
